Overview
Trackly connects to TikTok through the official TikTok Display API to show analytics for the authenticated user's own public videos.
Data we collect
Trackly uses the TikTok scopes user.info.basic and video.list to access only the authenticated creator account and that account's own public videos.
- Basic TikTok account information needed to identify the connected creator account, such as the account display identity
- The authenticated account's public video list, including video identifiers, titles or descriptions, cover images, and publish timestamps
- Per-video metrics including views, likes, comments, and shares
How we use data
We use the data only to authenticate the connected creator, import that creator's public videos, and display analytics inside Trackly to the authenticated account owner.
Data retention
Trackly retains connected account data and imported video analytics while the account remains connected to the service. Trackly may retain limited records for up to 30 days after a deletion request where reasonably necessary to complete deletion, prevent abuse, or maintain backups.
Deletion requests
If you want your connected account data or imported analytics removed from Trackly, contact kokiuetani2002@gmail.com. We will process reasonable deletion requests as soon as practicable.
Third-party sharing
Trackly does not sell or share TikTok account or analytics data with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Trackly may use infrastructure or hosting providers only as needed to operate the service.
Security
Trackly uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect connected account data and imported analytics against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
